@EE I can’t call out I’ve no access to another phone - I can’t do anything - I’m here for 5 more days - this can’t be sorted till I’m home all I want to do is lodge a complaint - I can’t so this inside the app or outside the app. The issue will be sorted when i’m back on EE at home
I’m abroad and had an issue with my phone - called @EE and to be fair their customer service is awesome - my plans have been messed up after speaking to a lovely bloke someone has tried to merge my accounts leaving me with nothing - Im using the hotel wifi as I have nothing

@EE This was all sorted yesterday I spent an hour with a guy in technical help someone tried to merge my plans for my watch and phone together I’m in Spain which he knew and now I have nothing
@EE This issue cannot be resolved until Im back in the Uk as I need to be on the EE network so currently using hotel wifi to access social media and wifi calls - I can’t make any other calls I cant get any text messages except Imessages the app is sending me a text Im not getting it
@EE Ok sorry but I don’t have access to any data on my phone this cannot be resolved until I get home I already know this - I can’t fill in the form as it’s keep sending me to my account which it’s sending a text message to which I can’t pick this up as I have signal
