@Uber_Support You have yet to assist me. You're instead telling me 5 refund requests in 12 months when I ordered 150+ times in that time period is suspicious. I have yet to be refunded for the driver / restaurants mistakes. This is outrageous and horrible customer service

@Uber_Support Uber eats has refused to refund me for orders that have showed up almost empty or not even my order. I have not been helped and this feels like I am being scammed. No way to check my requests either. My subway order today says delivered no ring no knock no food...

@Uber_Support find me a team leader / supervisor who can investigate my situation. This is hands down the worst customer service from a supposedly top tier company.

Uber is telling me I had too many refund requests because I requested 3 or 4 orders to be refunded over the course of 12 months. Meanwhile I have 100+ orders. Common sense 150 orders in a year , 5 MIGHT JUST BE MESSED UP. Completely horrible to go through #uber @Uber_Support

Instead of holding drivers accountable for their mistakes and figuring out a system to prevent this. Uber says screw you 2 times over to the customer. Not only did I not get to eat. I am still being charged $20 with no sign of refund. 4 requests out of 150+ orders is TOO MANY...

Final straw got me actually contacting uber support other than the app, my subway order never even arrived. It was left on a doornob of a different apartment of mine and I searched 6 floors and 72 apartment doornobs to find nothing after 30 minutes and starving. Unbelievable

After spending thousands of dollars through uber eats services , my 3 or 4 refund requests are being refused. I have ordered well over 100 times from uber eats , most times my orders cost 20-60 USD and after months uber is refusing to refund my requests. @Uber_Support
