Khekade: XDC learned the hard way from Globiance and must not put the community through that pain again.

I am still owed about 530,000 XDC.
Patience without a dated refund schedule is not a resolution.

If this is “in the right hands,” publish the remaining refund timeline.

André, I appreciate that Globiance is continuing to make repayments while avoiding bankruptcy. Of course, none of us wants bankruptcy, as that could leave customers with little or no prospect of recovering their funds.

However, customers with substantial amounts at stake even if those amounts may seem modest to you have already waited patiently for two years, without knowing when their turn will come. Globiance repeatedly tells us that only smaller balances can be repaid for now. Yet customers with larger balances who speak out on X appear to receive priority. It is this apparent inconsistency and lack of transparency that we find deeply frustrating.

We would be more willing to remain patient if there were a concrete repayment plan for example, Globiance working with XDC to use staking or node operations to repay a clearly stated percentage of each customer’s outstanding balance every month.

Instead, two years have passed, and neither XDC nor Globiance has provided clear answers to our most fundamental questions.

Please understand that we are asking for fairness, transparency, and a credible repayment timeline. After two years of waiting, we believe this is a reasonable request.
