@Saf_Business @Safaricom_Care When a ticket is raised, how come, i the Customer can't reopen it if the service offered was unsatisfactory? Your Customer Care staff close those tickets at will and move on like nothing happened. Very annoying.

@Saf_Business @Safaricom_Care Your Customer Care leaves a lot to be desired. Your staff in Customer Care know they can give poor service and there is nowhere your customers can escalate except on social media. A very unfortunate situation.
