1. Whats the audience size of your targeting? Saturation of a small audience can lead to rapid CPM increase
2. Have you changed the optimization goal at all during this period? Going from awareness to conversion can lead to CPMs like this.
3. Is the CPM increase steady across all ads or are just one or two getting bulk of spend
4. Is your landing page having any issues? Long load speed/high bounce rate due to recent changes etc.
5. Is your pixel firing properly?
6. Are you rotating enough creatives in?

Problem likely lies in one of the above in my experience.

@brianportnoy been involved in hiring entry level marketing roles for ~a decade - having a marketing degree vs. non-marketing degree has had zero bearing on any hiring decision - project experience/soft skills/hard skills (design, analytics, writing, etc.) are much more important

@bodegacapital For just starting out, you don’t need a teacher to identify the basic concepts (control the middle, develop pieces, castle early, look for forks/pins, protect your Queen) - quick YouTube videos or articles + lots of practice is satisfactory, golf you really need lessons early

@CityLimitsNews I lived 2 blocks away from this proposed area for 2 years. It's incredibly convenient to midtown manhattan via subway but with limited amenities due to low foot traffic. A slam dunk location for mixed-use development.
