sued stability AI for training on their library. demanded the AI companies pay up. called it theft.

filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy this week.

the AI companies didn't pay. they just... kept going and designers stopped buying stock photos. and the $500 licensing fees stopped making sense when midjourney exists. and the debt piled up.

a company whose entire business model was "we own the visual record of human history, pay us" just got outrun by a model that learned from that record and started giving it away for free.

The irony is that the watermark is still on every image in the archive.

El CEO de Anthropic lo dice claro: no es solo que la IA quite empleos. Puede pasar que mucha gente deje de sentir que “sirve para algo”, porque el trabajo ha sido durante siglos la forma en que nos definimos.

Pero hay un problema más concreto y que casi nadie menciona:

Los Estados viven de los impuestos que salen de los salarios y del consumo de la gente.

Los agentes de IA producen mucho, pero no reciben sueldo, no pagan renta, no salen a tomar tinto ni generan IVA como un trabajador colombiano.

Si eso se acelera, Colombia (con su informalidad, sus call centers, sus servicios y su recaudo ya frágil) puede quedarse con menos empleo formal y menos plata para el Estado al mismo tiempo.

No es para asustarse. Es para preguntarse:

¿Cómo vamos a sostener el recaudo y el empleo si una parte creciente del valor se produce digitalmente?

El tiempo es corto. Ignorar esto es un error.

The attackers were going after the AI keys stored on Railway, because an API key is basically a credit card for compute now.

Every company running agents is sitting on a pile of these keys!

here’s the 10 minute fix. rotate every key tonight, set a hard monthly spend limit in each AI dashboard, give every agent its own key, and turn on usage alerts so you know the second something spikes.

someone should build the tool that finds every AI key a company has, rotates them every week and pings you when spend looks weird. charge $99 a month. every startup running agents needs it yesterday.

PHP ha publicado las actualizaciones urgentes para solucionar las dos vulnerabilidades críticas que permiten ejecutar código remoto SIN autenticación.

Estas son las versiones que debes instalar:
8.2.35, 8.3.36, 8.4.27 y 8.5.12

Son dos vulnerabilidades:

→ CVE-2026-109618: Un fallo en la gestión de memoria puede corromper datos internos y permitir ejecutar código malicioso.

→ CVE-2026-109619: PHP puede reutilizar memoria ya liberada, permitiendo que un atacante aproveche ese estado para ejecutar código.

¿A quién le afecta esto?

A servidores que utilizan PHP-FPM, Apache con mod_php, LiteSpeed, php-cgi...

Ya se ha demostrado un ataque contra Apache con mod_php que funciona SIN autenticación y ANTES de ejecutar el código de tu aplicación. Vamos, un locurón.

¿Y si uso una versión antigua?

PHP 8.1 y anteriores ya no tienen soporte oficial, pero por la gravedad del problema han publicado parches EXCEPCIONALES para PHP 7.4, 8.0 y 8.1.

También hay proveedores de Linux que distribuirán sus propios parches. Ojito.

IMPORTANTE: PHP advierte que las mitigaciones temporales NO solucionan completamente el problema, así que cuidado con confiar en cambiar cualqueir cosita de la config y olvidarte.

La única solución completa es ACTUALIZAR.
