Every recommendation matters. Today’s validation meeting provided an opportunity for CSOs to validate the draft #UPR report, ensuring the final submission accurately captures key child rights concerns and priorities in Uganda.

Today at happy kids Kindergarten, I witnessed my daughter making her final campaigns for becoming the school's head girl. I was in shock to hear her say (PEOPLE POWER, OUR POWER) slogan.

I was happy to see her win the position.

Yesterday morning, legendary Joe Walker put together a consortium of partners to do a Bodaboda walk in Kampala, to which I was honoured to flag off and participate. Safe roads mean a lot. One death is a drawback in what society has invested in a life. I called upon road users to be respectful of the vulnerable road users. We had an opportunity to experience the beauty of a morning walk but, more importantly, to engage the Bodaboda service providers to enlist them in giving a service within the limits of the law.

I met 2 amazing ladies who have made walking a beautiful hobby. One did 460km and another 340Km in June alone.
