BREAKING: Iran's World Cup players have been granted visas to enter the United States.
But they will not stay overnight in the US; they will be based in Mexico and then fly in for each game. This means that they will have to go through US immigration ON THE SAME DAY as the game.
That could prove to be a disaster…
And I will never set foot in an American or any other Western university or school ever in my life, not as a student and not as a speaker. It's because I don't interact with institutions that support child murder
Bill Gates on what Warren Buffett's calendar taught him about time:
Bill Gates built his career packing every minute.
As he recalls it: "I had every minute packed and I thought that was the only way you could do things." Then Buffett showed him his calendar, and it changed how Gates thought about time entirely.
Buffett's calendar looked nothing like that.
Whole days sat blank.
Flipping through it, Gates notes: "he has days that there's nothing on." One stretch was almost comically empty. As Gates describes it: "this is the week of April of which there are only three entries for a week." One of those rare entries was simply to file tax, prompting Buffett to joke, "Yeah, there'll be four maybe by April."
Asked what the lesson was, Buffett explains:
"that you control your time and that sitting and thinking may be a much higher priority than a normal CEO who, you know, there's all this demand and you feel like you need to go and see all these people. It's not a proxy of your seriousness that you filled every minute in your schedule."
Then he gets to the part that reframes time as the scarcest asset of all:
"And people are going to want your time. It's the only thing you can't buy. I mean, I can buy anything I want basically, but I can't buy time."
He closes with this:
"And so to have time is the most precious thing you can have. I better be careful with it. There's no way I will be able to buy more time."

HOW BILLIONAIRES THINK.
Its all in the numbers.
If your boss paid you UGX 600,000 every month and you saved all that money without touching a coin, you would need to work for 36 months to get 21million.
But if you convinced an organization like The UN to give you a printing job for only 5,000 Umbrellas and you made UGX 4,000 from each Umbrella that would be 5,000x4,000= UGX 20,000,000 in only 1 single day or week or month.
It becomes crazy if you want to become a Billionaire. Say your boss pays you UGX 1,000,000 per month and you saved all that money without touching a single coin.
This means that in a year you would only have 12million. So that means it would need you to work for 84years to get 1billion (How old are you today??).
However, there are 45million people in Uganda if you supllied salt to 10 million of them once per month making Shs 400 per packet, it would only take you 1year to be a billionaire.
The lesson learned here is that if you want to be rich you stop dealing with Bosses. If you deal with Bosses you will never be rich.
If you want to be rich start dealing with Clients and customers not Bosses get up and do ur own business.
The KEY messages in the write is not to do these things mentioned. But
1 - To open your mind and start thinking in terms of numbers, customers, clients.
2 - You can not become financially independent or rich or wealthy by working for other people.
While you're there with in your job, start thinking of how to create wealth by starting a business. It doesn't matter how small it is, just start.

Once you are in your 30s you start to see 2 types of people:
1. Those who are taking care of themselves.
2. Those who say they will take care of themselves later.
Mental decolonization is not about rejecting all Western knowledge.
It is about no longer using Western knowledge as the only lens through which you understand yourself and your world.
Underrated life advice: Have a place where you go to think. A porch. A trail. A coffee shop. A park bench. Somewhere your mind knows it's time to slow down. Most people spend their lives searching for answers. Few create the conditions for answers to appear.
