I just disagree with the method of remediation. Optimizing the judicial & appellate processes seems the proper course.

Cutting cancer out of the body is an essential process. Why store it in a jar?

Thats sufficient enough to separate the overwhelming majority of wheat from the chaff. But… can a chaff get through, sure. Should we stop the sorting? No
