@MIZLOW17 Typical vocab and response. It’s so tiring listening to you. I’d say you were a driven troll, but that’s giving you too much credit.
Truth be told, you’re just not bright. It’s a wasted conversation to even try and have dialogue about facts or thought experiments with you.
@pissedoffdad001@bgrheadquarters@FBI Speech is speech.
You just need to post facts & let these retards get ratio’d accordingly. Do you think anyone cares what BGR says?
And if there are dolts out there that believe him, it’s likely because they want to, or are mentally deficient. Either way, are you swaying them?
@TerribleTerry83 I’m a this a serious question?
Other than the jersey and the phenomenal Starter Jacket colors, Larry Johnson couldn’t hold Sir Charles jock strap.
@nc_lorelei@dre1021 You mean
Asians
Indians (red skins or 7/11s?)
Hispanics
Middle Easterners
Aren’t “whites?” Color me shocked. No pun intended.
Why do these black folk have an “us vs world” mentality?
@YangChu1333@d_icguctingg0y@andrewilliamsus Your hearts in the right place and conceptually I understand your point.
I just disagree with the method of remediation. Optimizing the judicial & appellate processes seems the proper course.
Cutting cancer out of the body is an essential process. Why store it in a jar?
@YangChu1333@d_icguctingg0y@andrewilliamsus I’ll cut to the point and not talk in circles. The process trial is check one. The multiple appeals are check 2, 3, and 4.
Thats sufficient enough to separate the overwhelming majority of wheat from the chaff. But… can a chaff get through, sure. Should we stop the sorting? No
@YangChu1333@d_icguctingg0y@andrewilliamsus Furthermore, if prisons are “worse that death”, does that mean keeping them alive and in there mean we are technically hurting them more than death itself?
That sounds nutty to me, but I’ll play along. So you are trying to indicate punishing them worse that death is the goal?
@YangChu1333@d_icguctingg0y@andrewilliamsus So you believe capital punishment eligible cases have a greater than “infinitesimally rare” chance of being incorrectly decided?
@SirKoburto@A1A1882@mcgregormackenz 🏆
“He wasn’t trying to behead him! He’d of brought a bigger knife! He was just trying to slice an inch or so deep.”
@YangChu1333@d_icguctingg0y@andrewilliamsus This is called making process for the exception, not the rule.
We don’t make complex, inefficient process because of the infinitesimally rare possibility of an exception.
Modern evidence has all but eliminated the possibility of getting it wrong.
