That was a lie

Is there anyone out there who can help with this matter?

This isn't the first time LYFT has done this to drivers. There are countless examples of the same emails to other drivers

I recieved an email from @lyft that said a passenger claimed I "drov off early" and the passenger got injured - this is an absolute lie and that never happened. Now my account is on hold.

This is what happens when people want free rides
