Muhammed has edited for me since I launched my content agency (3ish years ago)
To now running a full stack agency
Today I got him a car + paid off family debt
Just £800 ad spend with a new client on cold traffic with a 40% show
OMFG
This offer is insane, time to scale ad spend up to £5k per webby
No one in the UK can get the same results I do
I simply do it better
When webby is finished, I will let u know how many calls were booked
The only live event that can out mog @GadzhiIman
Remember, no matter what level you're at, there's always someone bigger than you.
My clients' webinars right now only get a low few thousand attendees, and make a few six figures
I need to work harder 😂
I need to run up as much liquid cash with my offer
as humanly possible within the next 12 months
so that I have as much ammo as possible
for when the ai crash inevitably happens
My editor is on vacation rn so editing some ads for clients
holy fuck descript, capcut and all these platforms are so slow
what's the best software to edit on
I can't teach anyone how to hustle some man just got it
As I scale more offers and see the previous people they worked with, this lyric always plays in my head
It's true, some man just got it
How you track ROAS matters
I come across so many Larpers who track ROAS based on cc + contracted + MRR from payment plans
MF you run an info offer, the client might not be able to make that whole payment plan
To truly understand if your ads are profitable, you should only be counting the ROAS on cash collected this month, not what you hope to be getting over the next few months
And to boost your numbers and ego, you should not be adding onto this any MRR
This sounds so basic. Surprisingly, though, it's not a common practise for most people
Use the photos below as reference, my true ROAS so far this month is 2.52x but if I inflate my numbers with contracted and MRR it's 5.21x
One of my favourite things is seeing utterly incomprehensible Tube ads. What is a ZOHO CRM? What does it mean to “grab value”, and why are “flexible” and “simple” inferior? Why two adjectives and one noun? Someone in marketing did this and thought, “Yes. I have nailed this.”
30 days ago I watched this video
- I now stare at a wall 30 minutes a day in the morning
- Deleted all social media on my phone
- Journal
- Read autobiographies
I haven't necessarily become richer (lag delay) but I feel more at peace and I flow so much better
Boomers are a lot easier to work with, but they also lack the urgency someone in their 20s does
rn i'm taking a company from 80k mrr (replying only on referrals)
to $500k mrr within 12 months
But I find
Their level of tolerance for where they are is high, they see growing as a nice-to-have, not as a necessity
Compared to working with someone in their 20s who's at $100K a month, they feel sick where they are and they want more
This isn't just an individual case. I've noticed this pattern from around 20 boomer clients I've worked with
The only difference is the boomer has more loyalty
I used to believe having a gf and travelling the world would keep me poor
Turns out this is bs…
When you travel and expose yourself to a level of luxury, 5* hotels, Michelin restaurants, biz class flights, etc
You hold a deep desire to maintain or improve you travel standards every trip
Now imagine having to improve this standard, not just for you but also your partner
You have no fucking choice but to perform
Getting richer is a MUST
Just make sure your wise about who you provide these trips to 🥀😂
