This month we start production on our first feature documentary!

Our seven person Aussie crew will drive from one side of the United States, to the other. Deep diving into American gun culture.

Pre Production started a couple of months ago, but the story will unravel throughout our time on the road and it'll be interesting to experience the on-the-ground reality during the election.

We're entering this story with open minds, with the goal to better understand and create something nuanced — beyond the headlines.

I was told by Superloop web chat on Friday that my new NBN business line couldn't be connected until Monday due to needing verification. I wanted to cancel. No cancel button available in 'SuperHub'. Then on Sunday Superloop connection randomly starts. I choose to go with @launtel Sunday night and sign up to them, knocking off the Superloop connection. Now I get a bill for $280 from Superloop. Can you please fix this by removing the bill?

@superloopau signed up online. Called to find out about the connection. Waited on hold for an hour supposedly next in queue. Online chat no help. Quickest I’ve gone from being a customer to cancelling!
