@babyyyybreee Haha, I love the video! I can promise you that Eudora High School and all of those who fill it, have a large piece of my heart and they always will. #EHS
@soccerhaus@SWrights975 Also a Devils fan lol, so probably a bit biased on Thorne. But I feel like it happened with other teams/players too, that was just the most notable example
@annikadevils Also I’d add Taylor Hall being on the Canes to my list of reasons. Guy kinda trashed on fans for boo’ing a team that couldn’t win at home to save their lives that year… Fans who spend hard earned money to watch the team play only to watch constant losing.
@annikadevils Both teams very unlikable. I’m just rooting against the Canes because I feel like their brand of hockey feels more like soccer and they also seem to beat the Devils every time in the playoffs and their fans are quite annoying. So go Vegas I guess
@JoshReynolds24@thekillers Am I the only one who thinks the Ray Bourque situation was kinda dumb? Like he went to Colorado to win a cup, did, then goes back to Boston for the formal retirement. I don’t see why that is respected at all. Marian Hossa literally got bagged on for years for appearing to do that
@JMC9787 He is a primary reason I’m rooting against the Canes. Fans had to watch tons of garbage hockey on home ice and he took it personally when they boo’d. Like you get paid millions to play hockey, and fans are the reason why. Deal with it and don’t be a whiner… then he left.
@Majick666@PokeTCGAlerts@Target Because it’s usually scalpers causing literal fights in stores, not casual card collectors or kids. This solves two problems: 1) less fights 2) product goes to people who probably actually deserve it
@cantguardjake Not a fan of either team and I think this is the right call. Taunting the bench and grabbing his groin… terribly unsportsmanlike. Like I can understand being super hyped, but don’t taunt your opponent. It’s like the first thing you learn in any sport.
@OneTrueZach@IAmTheNizz Svechnikov doesn’t need to be there. If the puck goes right to Aho he could attempt to bank it off of either Dobes or Svechnikov and in. Dobes is getting back to the post to prevent that, even if it doesn’t end up happening it’s the right move. You’re wrong.
@annikadevils The panic moves that resolved and accomplished nearly nothing too. I’m hopeful it can be turned around but all the NTC/NMC issues are going to be sticky
@SabresBuzz There is a lot Dobes does that I do not like. But the blue paint is his and he is entitled to be anywhere in it at any time. Svechnikov doesn’t need to go behind him, he does it just in case there is a sharp angle shot to keep him from getting to the post or to play mind games
@NATHANHOCKE95@SportsCenter None of the teams at this tournament are the A teams. Lots of players missing from both countries that are still in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Would I have liked the U.S. to beat Canada for a 4th time in international competition this year? Sure. But it’s not a fair comparison.
@rbarkleyhockey I think Wayne Gretzky’s opinion on this made sense. They let the players decide. They swallowed the whistle on a blatant Carolina trip like 5 mins prior to this
