@CoSatoshi821@jungly BIP-110 supporters should mine in pools that have good odds of finding blocks, not play the bitcoin lottery with BIP-110 marketing slapped on it.
One area makes good sense here: make the pool Nerdminer-friendly. There does not appear to be one BIP-110 pool that is.
@KobeissiLetter They should throw their hash power behind a small pool, say Ocean, to make mining more decentralized, and promote greater censorship resistance in their chosen money.
@tintinjpeg@TheBitcoinConf If only all this foolishness could go on a second layer or side-chain, etc. But, no, folks feel the need to put more crap on the holy main chain.
@Pledditor There is no general release of BIP-110, yet. Not sure why any pool would signal before BIP-110 v1.0. Also, there are many mining to their own DATUM gateways, probably some hundreds, though they are small, home miners. Patience, young man.
@PennywiseBTC@Bitcoin Too much centralization in mining. If top three+ pools organize among themselves and with exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, etc., BIP-110 could still easily fail.
@UsingLyft@Ehsan835 This is likely the essential problem. Low IQ is irremediable in the individual. To increase average intelligence of a large group of people is a Herculean undertaking--the work of many, many generations.
