England #PlanningWhitePaper reforms aim to help #nature & people but will fail if not underpinned by principles. I've added my view @Abridgen pls speak up for a #WilderFuture, good design & local democracy: @WildlifeTrusts has a Briefing here https://t.co/5oMX2LW17N
@afwesty@musictherapyuk@jazztoad Yes...I sense that agreement but coupled with an awareness on economic reality. I have worked really hard with the ASF to produce a rationale for long term work. Also, I think my Phd is going to show why this is. Have you read any Nick Totton?
@LizaCoombes I most certainly am! My paper is a continuation of the idea of the therapist in the intersubjective relationship, especially when we work with our own life experience which can negatively or positively influence the therapy :)
Thanks @LizaCoombes ! And yes, this forthcoming book (out in June) is about what we describe as the "autistic spectrum" but the attitude is the same probably in terms of being needs led and considering lived experience.
@afwesty Yup, that pretty much describes how I work! I have written in my blog about "being present" and "witnessing" as forms of "listening". I think "attitude" probably sums this combination of things up.
