@wearejoybird@ericfuentes221@nytimes It doesn’t sound like they’re able to place an order, which is the whole problem. But then, this level of attention to detail is what makes @wearejoybird ‘s customer service team the worst in the business.
@wearejoybird@Apartment_330 Customer testimonial: Ordered a chair in May from @wearejoybird, told it was lost after repeated calls, turned up in October, damaged and in the wrong color. Crickets from their customer service!
If you want a split level sofa and to spend lots and lots of time getting the run around by poor customer service then @wearejoybird is the company for you
@wearejoybird still haven’t heard back from you, your customer service team or your third party provider regarding fixing a chair you sent us that DOESN’T HAVE A HOLE for one of the legs. We can’t use the chair and it’s just taking up space.
@wearejoybird after weeks and weeks of phone calls and waiting equally as long for a call back two different managers have lied to me about my order. Your customer service is beyond poor. We’ve been in a pandemic for 6 mos and you’re still not answering phones?
@wearejoybird won't return my calls, won't return my texts, and won't return my emails. Two couches that were supposed to arrive SEVEN weeks ago... I'm still waiting. Please help me!
@wearejoybird hey! You delivered us a chair missing a leg hole. We filled out all your paperwork and called and emailed and we have not heard from anyone. We have an unusable chair just hanging out in our living room. It’s been weeks. Please respond and help.
@wearejoybird have spent two months trying to get to the bottom of a broken chair delivery (delivered broken twice). Resorting to Twitter — your customer support lone is dead and you have not responded to emails or tickets any more. Can you DM me?
@wearejoybird Received a Hughes Chair last Friday that was missing a drilled hole. Reached out to warranty support almost immediately, and still no response.
Can you figure out what's up and help us get a useable chair?
I just started an Instagram account by the same name. I suspect more Joybird customers are on Insta than Twitter.
At this point I’m starting to be concerned Joybird is in its death throes. Customers seeking refund etc should act now.
