I am sorry that colleagues with disabilities are upset and distressed. Congress can only do its best to continually learn from feedback. Healthcare professionals let’s remember our compassion for each other is as important as it is for our patients.

lobbying for it to be mandatory is only the first step. To ensure staff are able to comply this needs to form part of the NHS standard contract and be one of our quality key performance indicators that providers/employers can be held to account for by CCG’s
