@Verizon I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience.I have spent 5 hours on the phone, more in the store still nothing!I have asked for a manager… 18 years a customer and can’t get a manager to help?! Horrible experience!!!!!
@yelp Removing business reviews based on your so called "algorithms" is absurd & you all should be ashamed. Bribing businesses to pay for advertising or monitoring their reviews is a scam. Definition of Yelp: a short, sharp cry, especially of pain or alarm #scam#yelp

@Delta I paid for exit row and preferred seats, went to check in and my seats have been changed but I still paid for upgraded seats!! 1 1/2 hour wait to talk to someone?!
