@h3llsnightmare@HybridGrizzly@DriveThrough_ Only in 9 states total. The other 41 states have max speed limits between 70-80mph. (3 of the 41 have max speed limits of 65 except for portions of the state where it's 70 instead though)
@DriveThrough_ Only 9 states in the US have a maximum speed limit of 65mph. The majority of the US have max speed limits between 70-80mph
Also, since the majority of these talks have been between the US and UK, both of those countries use mph.
Canada and mainland Europe use km/h though
@klass_stefan@The_Stubbs44 I will say that the drywall and lumber houses common in the US were completely demolished and the brick buildings managed to sustain more damage. That doesn't necessarily mean they're safer
If I'm in a tornado shelter, I'd rather everything above me be gone than collapse on me
@klass_stefan@The_Stubbs44 Not here to be hostile, but just educating

This video is of the aftermath of an EF-3 (T6) tornado. Many of the buildings in the town are brick buildings made in the late 1800s/early 1900s that have to be completely torn down now because of the damage
@ChrisCroy@agraybee I would say there's quite a bit of the Clone Wars show I don't find interesting, however, there are some arcs or characters that I just love when they come on.
The only arcs I frequently go back to are the Second Battle of Geonosis, Umbara, and Siege of Mandalore
Going back to this message, I shouldn't have stated yes or no is 50/50, because it's just flat out yes or no
The weight that probability gives is the actual splits and odds while the initial possibility is just yes or no
@JRedpilled@ayeejuju From the Cambridge Dictionary:
Possibility: Something that might or might not happen or exist (which is a 50/50 between yes or no)
Probability: The level of possibility of something happening or being true
Probability is the weight given to either side of the possibility
@JRedpilled@ayeejuju Also, even if we go off of your AI results, it specifically states that the probabilities change the chance in possibility, which I have already stated three times now
@JRedpilled@ayeejuju You're using AI while I looked up actual sources.
But to summarize what I mean, possibility means that there are two options, something will or won't happen
Probability is the chance of those two options happening, which gives us the actual splits like 50/50 or 75/25 odds
@JRedpilled@ayeejuju Also, if you're going to call someone out and say they are stupid or special, then at least check your spelling and grammar beforehand.
Cool moment before the OU game. The kid who sang the national anthem started crying and couldn’t finish, the OU crowd helped him through it, and Coach Patty Gasso and the team were there to encourage him after. #Sooners
@the_ason@dimenpsyonal You've already corrected yourself on the liters aspect, but you forgot one other part. You still need to convert the British Pound to USD
We're looking at £4.45/gallon, which is $6.02/gallon. This is equivalent to gas in California
In London, petrol is roughly $8.13/gallon rn
@Fthetank1979@LakeShowYo Some of her comments that were in favor of the Thunder were honestly baffling, because I had to mute the finals last year because of how much she was hating on the Thunder
@Fthetank1979@LakeShowYo Prefacing with me saying that I'm an OKC fan, but I don't watch the NBA much overall
Most OKC fans hate Doris Burke and find her annoying as well. They all feel like she hates OKC and is completely biased against them. But some of her comments tonight were pretty weird though
@BronGotIt I'm wondering how that person in the comments even remotely believes this is a vague post 😭😭
Back to your original comment though, from an OKC fan, I hope his recovery is well and speedy!
@clitlord77 I love the chicken tenders from them! I used to love the nuggets, but I can't do them anymore
However, occasionally you'll get a piece with tendon or something else in it, which can spoil the meal for you if so. That's happened a couple of times to me now
Just watched "The Oklahoma Standard," and it's such a good documentary tying up the last 30 years of OKC history.
While I no longer live in OKC, I grew up the first 24 years of my life there. It'll always have a special place in my heart, and I'm so proud to see where it'll go
