@AskNationwide Apparently as a non customer wanting to open a cash ISA, it's either cheque or cash. Who has cheques anymore, and who wants to walk around with that much cash? Seriously? Is this true?
@AskNationwide Non customer, want to open a cash ISA. Phone for appointment: hostile guy says 'well how are you going to pay it in?' Uh, bank transfer. 'We can only accept cheque or cash.' Who has cheques anymore, and who wants to walk around with that much cash? Seriously?

@HalifaxBank App and website are BOTH down again. Updating the app won't help (and in any event, mine is already updated.) We can't access our money.
Inform your tech teams and also update your customers.
@WeAreCushon Will this sort out your technical issues? Your app is not allowing me to access my funds. I cannot wait while your IT team may or may not sort it out. My funds are being held hostage because of this.
@TfL So helpful on a strike day when the 91 - which we have waited for for ages - dumps a busload of passengers halfway down the hill towards the inaccessible and steep Crouch End. The 91 has a poor record of dumping passengers to suit poor managemant of this essential route.
@TfL Can anyone tell us how long Charing Cross Road southbound will be closed, and why? And why does the info not appear on your bus pages? Buses are diverted, but you only find that out when it's too late to make other plans.
@TfL@BarryDavid69562 Sorry but buses were diverted from CXR Saturday and today with CxR closed westbound. Why no information on your website or from drivers? NOT to do with St Patrick's today, is it?
@TfL Which is it? Saturday the 20th or Sunday the 21st? Inaccurate information is useless. Besides which, there is no longer a crane operation, and west bound buses are not on diversion. Keep up, this is so aggravating.
@TfL 91, 19, 38 are STILL on diversion at Southampton Row, but the information is misleading and incorrect. Why can't TFL keep this up to date? Highly inconveniencing for passengers. It was supposed to be cleared on the 12th, incidentally.
@TfL As there are too many routes to raise individual forms, why are the 24, 29 and 253 northbound running with such significant delays today? Scores of frustrated passengers in Charing Cross Road - but no unusual traffic in evidence. Same with 253.
