To make gate-model quantum computing commercially useful, the industry needs reliable computation at scale. Our roadmap targets 100 logical qubits capable of more than 1M operations, using our differentiated superconducting dual-rail architecture designed to embed error detection directly into the qubit. Fantastic discussions at APS last week reinforced a simple point: the quantum market is not a one-architecture market. Annealing and gate-model quantum computers are not interchangeable. They are complementary technologies designed for different classes of computational problems.
