You’ve cared more about my business since I left than you did when I was your customer…I won’t be switching back anytime soon.
After 18 years @Rogers@RogersHelps I have left Rogers and moved to @TELUS.
Rogers your customer support and retention is terrible; I’m happy I am switching providers.
Please tell your reps to tell more customers on the phone they can’t do anything for them!!
