@FluentInFinance This maybe be an unpopular opinion but what if the interest rate doesn’t come down to help the listing prices to come down? If buyers aren’t buying at current prices (list price too high and interest rate too high) the only way to sell is to lower the listing price.

@Model3Owners Chicago burbs works great! 30ms 55mbps download, 10mbps upload. I have it installed at my place of worship works perfect for streaming to zoom and users connecting to internal Unfi wireless network. Occasionally ping drops, but I would expect that to happen from time to time.
