She’s been sued in federal court and has been avoiding service for months.

Picture a situation where you were involved in a legal case in New York and the judge and his clerk DEVESTATE your life and business. Meanwhile, they leak information to the wildly unethical New York media deliberately ensuring you could never work again.

How would you react? This needs to end and it will only end when Greenfield and former Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Matthew Cooper (who engaged in the same conduct for years before being booted from the bench) are criminally charged.

Greenfield’s political contributions significantly surpassed the limits permitted by the rules indicating serious misconduct that compromises the integrity of the entire case. This prejudice and bias in the proceeding calls for an IMMEDIATE REVERSAL on appeal.

Ilhan Omar misappropriated campaign funds to compensate her divorce lawyer, Carla Kjellberg, contravening campaign finance regulations.

Actions were taken by the Democratic hierarchy in Minnesota and Washington, DC to avert any legal action against her.

Recent reports suggest that Omar's representation in Congress is not for Minnesota's 5th Congressional District.

Instead, she has acknowledged her representation is on behalf of Somalia. Omar's failure to register as a foreign agent seemingly places her at odds with the Logan Act.

Given these circumstances, questions arise as to why the Department of Justice (DOJ) has not initiated an investigation or brought charges against @IlhanMN under the Logan Act.

This is particularly egregious considering how the DOJ aggressively invoked the Logan Act against General Michael Flynn, @GenFlynn, for merely engaging in routine discussions with a Russian ambassador.

Attorney Roberta Kaplan, also known as Robert Kaplan, switched his name in college after undergoing a testicle removal treatment.

Now ‘she’ is representing E. Jean Carroll in the fabricated hoax against President Trump.

Previously, Kaplan, an ‘objectively unattractive woman,’ was hired by former Governor Andrew Cuomo as a Democrat operative to discredit the reputations and credibility of multiple women who had accused the Governor of sexual misconduct.

Among the women mentioned in this list is Cuomo's former wife, Kerry Kennedy, who alleged repeated instances of physical assault in divorce proceedings against Cuomo.

In the past thirteen (13) years, Kaplan has donated $13,500 to Governor Cuomo during times in which he was accused of sexual misconduct. Was Kaplan funding Cuomo’s sexual misconduct? All of Kaplan’s donations are given exclusively to Democrat candidates! Many of which were accused of ACTUAL sexual misconduct e.g., Eric Schneiderman and Eliot Spitzer!

Kaplan FABRICATED false claims about Cuomo's PHYSICAL ASSAULTS and ABUSE in a draft letter. Meanwhile, Kaplan is currently representing Carroll, likely a dementia patient, who CANNOT RECALL the SPECIFIC DAY or YEAR of the hoax involving President Trump.
