There’s a lady at my gym in her 70s…comes in almost every day by herself, does light weights and Pilates.

I’ve never seen anyone interact with her.

I walked up to her today as she was working out and said, “Hey! Your shoulders and back are shredded! Nice job! 👍🏽”
