1 - End pay inequality
2 - End CP hours
3 - Abolish inspection system - total waste of money
4 - Invest in schools (esp IT)
5 - Provide a career path
6 - Introduce a Dublin allowance
7 - End re-interviewing teachers after 1 year.
8 - Get rid of FF/FG
