The CIA didn't need to censor the news. It just hired the people who wrote it.

The man you see in the picture is Frank Wisner. In 1948 he was handed the CIA's covert-operations wing. The branch that ran coups, propaganda, and dirty tricks. And Wisner had a favorite toy. He called it his "Mighty Wurlitzer," after the organ in an old movie theater. The idea: he could sit at the keyboard and play the entire Western press like one instrument. Push a story here, kill one there, and the public hears whatever tune he wants.

That machine is what people now call Operation Mockingbird.

In 1976 the Senate's own Church Committee admitted the CIA had around 50 journalists in secret relationships. And in 1977, Watergate reporter Carl Bernstein went further, he found the real number was more than 400 American journalists who had quietly carried out assignments for the CIA over 25 years.

The same press that's supposed to watch the government was, for decades, taking assignments from its spy agency. Some knew exactly what they were doing. Some had no idea.

So yeah, don't believe everything you see. Even from the media. 🤷

Liberals say homeschooling is just parents pushing their beliefs on their kids. Funny how they never ask whose beliefs public schools are pushing, or why they’re so determined to sexualize children. Meanwhile the data keeps showing homeschooled kids scoring 15–25 percentile points higher than public-school kids.

So I’ve been very reluctant to post about this, as it’s deeply personal, but about a week ago I converted to Christianity. I tried very hard to convince myself otherwise, but I kept having this nagging sensation that I couldn’t shake off, like someone was calling my name just out of earshot.

I’ve had very complicated feelings about God for as long as I can remember, and have gone back and forth between atheism and a deep anger for years, but for some reason the anger has disappeared. The world is still a mess, and the amount of suffering is still unfathomable, but instead of being angry at God, I’m feeling this…pull instead. Not towards any specific denomination, but towards Christ.

I’ve always been the kind of person who needs proof, and while I’ve wanted to believe for a long time, I was never able to get from “I wish there was a loving God” to actually believing in one. I don’t know what’s made the difference; there was no blinding moment of revelation. There’s just this call that I can’t ignore any longer. Every time things get quiet, I feel it tugging at me — gently but implacably.

I’ve been reading CS Lewis, and the first four books of the New Testament, and while I have no plans to start going to church, or to change the focus of this account, I’ve stopped trying to convince myself that I’m imagining things. I never expected to feel this way, but I do, and denying it any longer would be wrong.

13 years in government school and an 18-year-old can’t build a house, work on a car, grow food, read a budget, or tell you how their own body works.

But they can tell you their pronouns and why they’re depressed.
That’s not education. That’s a factory for dependents.

Bring back shop class. Home economics. Personal finance. Nutrition. Farming. Welding. Cooking. Changing a tire. Balancing a checkbook.

A kid who can feed themselves, fix something, and keep a roof over their head is a lot harder to control than a kid who only knows how to fill out a form and wait for the next program.

The system doesn’t want independent adults. It wants obedient slaves.

Parents if the school won’t teach it, you will. You need to.

Our children deserve self sufficiency and knowledge.

Something is dangerously wrong in our country. There were foreigners everywhere at Walmart just now. Two African men were eyeballing me. When I left the store I had to make sure I left the store with people headed in my general direction! That is wrong! This is middle TN. I am angry, scared and furious with our politicians.

This has to stop. These people need to go back to their own countries. None of them speak English.

This man attended a Rev Billy Graham crusade in Melbourne Australia . He and nine men went there specifically to shoot Graham . They carried Zip guns hidden in their clothing, and planned on doing the deed during the appeal. This man tells his story of how he heard the voice of God speaking to him asking him “what he was doing”?
He answers God by “saying you took my father. Why would I love you”?. God replied. I didn’t take your father to hurt you. I world never hurt you”!
As he was listening to Reverend Graham speak, his heart started to soften. By the end of the event, nine of the 10 men had given themselves over to Christ !
I believe this was truly a miracle!
