@kay_mahapa@thabox_ Back to Back UCL champs’ better wingers in their home country are not leaving that for Manchester United. Barcola is the one more likely to be sold for a reason. He is down in pecking order. PSG in 2026 is not a selling club.
@coljide@Blue_Footy That wasn’t my point. My point was you saying DMs anre not used anymore and that is untrue. The club that’s won the UCL will always be a benchmark this is not new. But there’s principles clubs keep. I don’t disagree with anything you said other than that. It doesn’t negate a DM
@coljide@Blue_Footy Football is evolving but saying no team uses DMs is disingenuous. Only PSG truly doesn’t use a sitting midfielder but Kimmich at Bayern and Rodri at City are still holding midfielders and City is still a benchmark team. You’ve seen how their season go when Rodri is injured a lot
@Shonny_ZA@bab_hlabisa@XC_I_XXIII Is this Yaya a player with the quality to do that? If not then the coaching setup is shooting themselves in the foot. They’re supposed to setup to maximize player strengths not amplify weaknesses
@phestahiver@Siya_homiey Like I said, all the world’s best football talents playing in Europe. Regardless of where they are from. And their countries get to enjoy seeing them ball out at these tournaments. Put Pride aside and make a better path for those boys. Change will come.
@phestahiver@Siya_homiey The better approach should be looking at these better players who are in the PSL and push more of them into Europe. Preferably, while still at Diski level. It improves all of them tactically. The more numbers you have out there, the less Lyle Fosters you get to see
@ahtalksfutbol Pass control dribble shoot. The fundamentals of ball mastery. One of the purest techniques I’ve ever seen in my life. Gareth Bale is one of one. Washed, prime it doesn’t matter. Ball don’t lie.
