Coaching thought of the day... never, ever, EVER give up. In just 5 months Walter went from an abandoned dog on the side of the road left in a crate into the arms of my child. He has ❤️, his first bed, set of pjs and neighbors with a pool. If Walter can... so can we. @AlonsoHcp

A3: do less overtime by saying less too. It’s so difficult, but efficient and deliberate word choice is crucial so Ss remember each step in order to tweak and own over time, not get lost in the jargon. #hcpsread
