Once stranded in Dublin, @AerLingus said that @Chase Travel was responsible for re-booking since we initially booked there. Called @Chase Travel and they said the tickets were in @AerLingus’s hands. So no one takes responsibility or helps!! (PART II)

And while I’m posting about #airlines, I’ll add that @JetBlue was an amazing experience! Even with a delayed flight, they COMMUNICATED. Something @AerLingus doesn’t know how to do. @AerLingus refund me our tickets and get me our bags!!

NEVER FLY @AerLingus!!!! And don’t trust @Chase Travel to be any help either!! I finally booked us on new flights for a small fortune but at least @JetBlue could get us home to our children.

Oh and let me add, @AerLingus LOST all 3 odds our bags of luggage! So they’ve cancelled our flight, won’t help us rebook, and we have nothing but backpacks. What an absolutely horrendous airline!!! We’ve spent so much time trying to straighten things out & they still won’t help!

I once again make calls to @AerLingus and @Chase Travel, I even call @united since they’re a partner that I travel often, to try to get on the flights others on booked on the following day. NO ONE WILL HELP ME!!! Neither @AerLingus nor @Chase take responsibility!! (PART 5)

We can’t wait 48 hours to get home! We have children at home with scheduled childcare. We have jobs. After multiple calls with @AerLingus & @Chase, we find out other travelers with cancellations were able to rebook on flights to our same destination leaving the next morning (PT4)

After a 2nd call to @Chase travel, I get a woman named Michelle to help me re-book after telling her @AerLingus refused and reminding her I’ve used @Chase travel for many years. Michelle and the @AerLingus representative claim the first flight out is 48+ hours later! (PART III)

Horrible experience with @AerLingus!!!! They cancelled our connecting flight from Dublin to the US while we were midair on the first Aer Lingus flight, from Edinburgh to Dublin. Only an hour long flight and yet our connection was cancelled midair! (PART 1)
