@easyJet adverse weather that only affected Gatwick, is it? No support at all trying to reroute flights, no information on what can be reimbursed, all while other airlines miraculously managed to get their flights off the ground?

@evri_cs got a message saying that my parcel's been delivered to a neighbour (despite me being in all day, cause wfh) - but as it turns out not a neighbour of mine 😂 so not only was your driver too lazy to ring the bell, they didn't even bother to stop on the right street
