@StephenFleming Kids are starting to make that decision! Ours got in WashU and UC Davis. He laughed at WashU letter saying don’t ask us for money and chose CU Boulder that he calculated is $280k cheaper! Now he’s excelling in Mech Eng, and having a great time!

@T_Gatzemeier Recently learned that the “advisor” (Hill & Mitchell) for my 85 year old mom had her IRA invested 100% in a negative Morningstar, Class A, 1% US Large Cap fund, while her statement said she’s investing for “Growth & Income”.

@NWischoff Think simple ideas, easy to execute, easy for them to remember. I had numbered candles growing up, did same for my son. You save them so the 1 gets reused starting at 10. We always hang a banner in the kitchen for birthdays. For parties, you invite their friends = their new age.

@BillKinneyCPA Ask in your local Facebook group. Maybe a town group, school district group, or swap and sell (read the rules). Moms especially talk and share. Or find a recruiter who specializes in placing such candidates. It’s how I’ve added to my team. Good luck, they are out there!
