After the 2nd @British_Airways #flight #cancellation in just a few weeks (same booking), I end up with my wife and #infant (8 months old) on an @AmericanAir flight with 2 middle seats in 2 different rows. I have to pay for our #baby to sit by her mom on a 9 hours flight.

The cancellations are unfortunate, it's hard for the whole travel industry. But this is no way to treat customers who believed and booked months ago. Having to spend 4+ hours (mostly on hold) on the phone to end up with no solution shouldn't be today's #travel experience.

How does this make sense ? I get that COVID times are tough for the airline industry, @British_Airways and @AmericanAir . But come on ! We have a bassinet seat booked for months. How are there only 12 'free' seats on this flight ? How did we get to this ?

@bpost_fr Ok merci. Mais il s'agit d'un colis privé, cadeau de famille. Il n'y a pas d'expéditeur commercial et le colis est manifestement arrivé dans vos systèmes. La poste américaine nous renvoie vers vous et vice-versa. Comment sortir de ce cycle?
