Women possess a certain physicality that men do not possess. It is not a matter of self-declaration.

@annapaolaconcia Fa riflettere che siano stati dimenticati e calpestati i diritti delle donne. Evidentemente abbiamo perso la percezione delle differenze naturali tra sessi e dell'impatto di queste peculiarità sulla vita pubblica e privata delle persone.
È una variante di "avete voluto la parità"

When they suffer from mental disorders (often), they have the right to the relevant treatment. You don't have a right to a pension because you feel old. Simple.

@SuperStella233 @CharlieWalsham_ Women's rights are based on sex not gender. Trans rights are basically the right to healthcare and medical treatment. They are not in conflict at all, until you put them at odds by trying to manipulate language and extend the rights of one sex to the other.

@SuperStella233 @CharlieWalsham_ No one is saying that concepts similar to gender identity did not exist in cultures throughout history. But, again, those phenomena were referred to by finding other words, which is precisely what you have stopped doing without any right or logical reason.

The terms “man” and “woman” have a millennia-old history that refers exclusively to sex, as the male and female specimens of the human species. Gender identity is a concept of the last century, and to refer to it you need to find other words.

Women and men are not concepts you can build ur gender identity on, because they are referred on sex for social, political, medical and scientific purpose. Sex is binary, immutable, external and EXCLUSIONARY reality.
