The greater the reduction in transmission, the longer and flatter the epidemic curve (figure), with the risk of resurgence when interventions are lifted perhaps to mitigate economic impact. #COVID19

Please, please guys. Here in northern #Italy we made one big mistake. Everybody kept saying "It's just flu" and now our intensive care units are collapsing. Everybody kept going outside like nothing happened and now our grandparents and parents are dying.

Reasons:
- Sux 0.6 mg/kg as effective as 1 mg/kg (https://t.co/fNit0YoE7g). Cut my dose in half 2004, never went back.
- First-pass success highly correlated to experience. https://t.co/jp3I3AZ2sh Low first pass rates in study food for thought.
