I just read a compelling piece on Substack that argues economic growth is paramount for India. 📈 It dives deep into why focusing solely on this aspect could shape the nation's future. Definitely worth a read! 🇮🇳 What are your thoughts? 🤔 #India#Economy

@tushar_sarda_06 I'm not sure why Accenture is hiring so heavily this year. At my college (NITP), they've already hired 41 students this year. And I've heard from few senior students that they'll be again back soon.
We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so.
Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training.

10,000 OPENAI AGENTS SOLVED A $1 MILLION PROBLEM IN 88 HOURS
For nearly 90 years, mathematicians could not determine whether the Navier-Stokes equations can break down while describing fluid motion.
-> Now OpenAI says it has found the answer.
The company deployed around 10,000 agents powered by an internal model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra.
They worked in parallel, exchanged 2.7 million messages and generated roughly 130 billion output tokens.
The digital team produced a proof in 88 hours.
The system showed that an initially motionless fluid can develop a singularity under certain conditions. Its velocity grows without bound within a finite amount of time.
GPT-6 Astra then spent another 17 hours formalizing and verifying the result in Lean.
The computation cost millions of dollars, but the company does not plan to claim the prize.
The proof must also survive independent scrutiny from mathematicians.
OpenAI just demonstrated a new model for scientific discovery.
A single AI is no longer trying to replace one scientist.
Thousands of agents can now form a digital research lab and compress decades of human work into days
I resigned from Anthropic today. I spent the last three years doing pretraining research at both OpenAI and Anthropic. Neither company is acting responsibly. They are racing straight to self-improving superintelligence and gambling with our lives. More thoughts below.
We’re sharing a solution to the Navier-Stokes Millennium Prize Problem, one of the deepest problems at the frontier of mathematics.
The proof was produced by a group of agents, using an OpenAI next-generation model significantly more capable than GPT-6 Astra.
The problem concerns whether the description of smooth three-dimensional fluid motion modeled by the Navier-Stokes equations can break down. It has remained unresolved for roughly 90 years.
🚨Nalanda Engineer Secures Seed Funding for Fighter Jet Engine Project, Opening a New Front in India's Battle for Aerospace Self-Reliance
Aerospace innovation is taking a significant step forward from Nalanda, Bihar, where engineer Subrat Sandilya has secured seed funding support for an ambitious indigenous jet-engine project.
The project aims to take an indigenously developed jet-engine prototype through further testing and development, with the long-term goal of establishing a manufacturing capability in Bihar. The prototype has reportedly already undergone successful testing, but the crucial challenge now is to demonstrate reliability under the extreme temperatures, pressures and stresses involved in aviation.
The significance goes far beyond one project. Jet engines are among the most complex technologies in modern aviation and remain a major area of dependence for India's aerospace and defence sectors. Indigenous propulsion technology could eventually support UAVs, experimental aircraft, aerospace research and potentially advanced defence platforms.
The project is being supported through Bihar's startup-funding framework, with assistance linked to successive development milestones. If the technology successfully progresses from prototype to industrial production, it could create a new aerospace manufacturing ecosystem in the state, generating demand for precision engineering, electronics, specialised materials and skilled manpower.
The road ahead remains challenging. A working prototype is only the beginning; aviation-grade propulsion requires extensive testing, reliability validation, certification and precision manufacturing at scale.
But the direction is strategically important. India cannot achieve genuine aerospace self-reliance while remaining dependent on foreign engines for critical aircraft.
A jet-engine project emerging from Nalanda may therefore represent more than a startup experiment. It is an attempt to build one of the most difficult pieces of India's aerospace puzzle—and potentially open a new chapter in the country's journey toward indigenous propulsion technology.
Shortly humans will possess more time for contemplation. Therefore be prepared to dwell with your own thoughts. We are closer to AGI than ever before. And when AGI arrives, humans may possess more time for contemplation than at any point in history.

@WSJ@WSJopinion@dhume This logic could lead to a global image problem for the USA. Currently, less than half of Indians view the USA favorably. Also Now globally USA is less favorable. More Countries start viewing China as Favorable.
🚨 Sanjeev Sanyal says India's biggest technological breakthroughs are increasingly coming from new startups and first-generation entrepreneurs, from rockets and drones to software and daily-use platforms like Zomato and Blinkit.
