Jon has been this way for a long time, he’s hasn’t been proactive to take fights and it’s worked for him. Why risk the belt if no one is making you?

@lthomasnews How realistic is getting rid of the PPV model?

Advertisers are no longer afraid to promote MMA and ppv model only shields the sports biggest stars from mainstream exposure. Plus piracy is as easy as a Google search.

Maybe the steep price tag on events still outweighs it?
