SAC forces allegedly carried out an airstrike on Wum Khum (ဝုမ်းခုမ်) village, Mindat township, Chin, on 8 July 2023.

The strike reportedly killed three females (a nine-year-old girl, one new mother and an elderly women).

According to reports, one male was also injured and 10 buildings were destroyed, including a school.
