Those of you who store food in the freezer are really trying

I went to Mile 12 and bought everything we needed for just the two of us. I stocked up seriously, but ah!

We haven’t even finished eating one thing before the second one has started spoiling. 😭

Before we finish 4 ripe plantains from the bunch, the other ones have already ripened. Are we supposed to be eating plantain every day? 😩😂

Before we eat 5 potatoes out of the ones I bought, the rest have started changing colour and growing sprouts. 😭😭😭

By the time I’ve cooked just twice with the pepper and tomatoes I bought and stored in the freezer, the rest are no longer looking fresh. 😩

The cucumbers I bought? We hadn’t even finished 2 before the remaining 6 had spoiled. 😭😭

Yellow, red and green peppers that I sliced and stored in the freezer, I’ll use them just twice, and the rest are already soft. 😩😩😩

Bought 5 pineapples, we only ate 2 before the rest because so soft. Even when you store them in the fridge as juice, it change taste few days later . No longer fresh.

Before we finished eating 4 packets from the pack of spaghetti I bought, the remaining ones had developed weevils. 😭

I had to throw some away and give some out.

Wo! I have left storing food in large quantities for you people, abeg. 😂😂😂 From now on, I’m doing small to medium quantities. 😩
