Getting sick and tired of @bt_uk 's poor customer service; being passed from team to team and promised callbacks that aren't fulfilled. My issue has already been passed to the complaints team but still no callback. How can this be escalated further? #messedaround
Awful service from @easyJet with such rude staff. Have to phone to use a travel voucher which takes over 1 hour to get through. Then the adviser can only find the expensive tickets & tells me I'm wrong when I say cheaper ones exist (that I can see online) so have to pay more!

@Tesco checked our bank account this morning (and then the receipt) and we have been charged twice for 1 item we bought in-store yesterday. How can we get our money back? We visited the Tesco in Newbury.
