@RWMaloneMD There are many proposals to build data centers too close to residential areas imo. This has significant health implications for people who live nearby. You cant eat or drink data! Essentials for life get priority. Doesn't help that the data centers are used for mass surveillance!
@ThePOTSPostman People should be encouraged to be informed about their own health & nutrition. Instead it's treated as though thinking for yourself & learning are pathological. Many in medicine want people dependent & abdicating responsibility for their health to the system. All about authority!
Flock cameras are just another step towards a security state.
And frankly, I am rather disgusted by so many "conservative" influencers coming out in support of them.
Huxley’s Brave New World imagined a society in which technological control became so normalized that people ceased to recognize it as control at all.
Brave New Flock has an added irony: some of the loudest defenders of a privately operated, nationwide surveillance infrastructure now call themselves conservatives.
There is nothing conservative about teaching Americans to accept ubiquitous cameras, centralized databases, automated tracking, and the routine recording of innocent people’s movements simply because the technology is sold under the banner of fighting crime.
A conservative instinct once began with suspicion of concentrated power, especially the power to watch citizens who had done nothing wrong. Apparently, for a new class of “conservative” influencer, that principle is negotiable.
@ThePOTSPostman Motility issues seems commonly associated with autonomic dysfunction. The simplest & most direct intervention that has helped me in this regard is famotidine. It can have some side effects tho. In general working to improve function of vagus nerve can help imo.
@JackHadfield14 Yes, flicker free, eye safe monitor, that is PWM free, along with low blue light and warm color temp ( f.lux is nice ) is very helpful esp for those with neurological issues. PWM increases sensory overload, and blue light disrupts circadian clock.
@internetuserf12@Deep_Chora It's important to clearly lay out the risks and benefits of every med, especially OTC meds that so many with LC are often self treating with, so that patients can make fully informed choices. There are anticholinergic side effect trade offs with h1's that warrant consideration.
@ThePOTSPostman hazy / foggy vision is common and can occur due to increased systemic inflammation affecting the CNS / eyes / optic nerve etc. i've had it off & on for years with LC.. one thing i noticed seems to help is astaxathin. one i take is listed here:

@chydorina One thing that has become abundantly clear to me, is how essential the CNS, and in particular the vague nerve, are to regulating immune activity & inflammation in the body. Our emotions & attention can have a strong influence on our CNS, hormones & even gene expression imo.
@HealthRanger@HowToPrompt__ i haven't read the paper, but i agree with the conclusion. there are yet no public AI models capable of genuine reasoning, when faced with novel questions. the model weights can only do inference for patterns that are similar to those that were present in their training data.
@ThePOTSPostman garmin instinct 2 or newer smartwatch to track heart rate, HRV, sleep quality etc. red light therapy device. various supplements & OTC meds; especially electrolytes. full list here:

Four senators want every phone and computer sold in America to demand your date of birth before it will work for you. A Linux developer has already published the script that tears it out, under his real name, with an invitation to sue him.
The bill is S. 5090, filed July 22 by Andy Kim, Cynthia Lummis, Adam Schiff, and John Barrasso. Two Democrats and two Republicans. It puts an age prompt inside the setup of every operating system in the country. A covered device is any general-purpose computer, so this reaches the phone in your pocket, the laptop on your desk, the console under your television. Accounts you already hold get swept in the day it takes effect.
Your own machine then informs on you. It hands your age bracket to every app, every app store, and every browser, and they are required to treat that signal as the primary indicator of who you are.
A browser provider under this bill is anyone who owns or maintains a browser. A man maintaining a fork in his spare time carries the same duty as Google, and the fines run $2,500 for a negligent violation and $7,500 for an intentional one, multiplied by every child affected.
Section 10 promises no government ID and no face scans. Section 3(d) then says that when a provider gets clear and convincing information that your declared age is wrong, it shall verify. It never says how. Section 4(c) makes app developers report you upstream when they decide you lied.
The brackets stop at 17 and file teenagers in with adults, while the state laws this is built to serve draw their line at 18. The federal signal cannot tell a 17 year old from a grown man. Every site under an 18+ mandate will need more than the signal. It will need your papers.
The work has already started inside your machine. On March 18 systemd merged a birthDate field into user records, citing California, Colorado, and Brazil by name. systemd runs as the init system on nearly every major distribution, so that field is sitting on Linux boxes whose owners have never heard of any of these bills. Nobody asked you. Nobody is going to.
@GrapheneOS answered in March. It will not implement age or identity verification, and if that means its phones cannot be sold in your state, so be it.
John McCardle built Ageless Linux. He declared himself in "full, knowing, and intentional noncompliance" with the California statute, cited the section number himself, and invited the lawsuit. His script makes the user the distributor. The liability scatters across every machine that runs it. There is no one man left to drag into court.
The script strips the systemd birthDate field and leaves a refusal notice where it stood. If any distribution ever ships a working age daemon, the project has already promised a replacement that answers every query with "unknown."
Artix refuses. Devuan refuses. DB48X, an open source calculator firmware, filed a legal notice saying it "does not, cannot and will not implement age verification." A calculator had to publish a legal notice. That is the reach of what these four wrote.
S. 5090 takes effect 18 months after it passes, if it passes.
The script already works. Take a copy.
Not long after I developed Long COVID, I sat alone in a wheelchair with my journal in the apartment I once shared with my ex-spouse and stepson.
Outside, it was one of those cold, gray, rainy afternoons where the sky seemed to carry the same weight I felt inside.
That afternoon, I wrote my own obituary.
I wasn’t mourning my life.
I was mourning the future I believed I had lost.
I mourned the woman who dreamed of becoming a Master Sommelier.
The Marine.
The athlete.
The woman who believed her body would always be there when she needed it.
For a long time, I measured every day against the life I had lost.
I wanted my old life back.
I wanted my old body back.
I wanted to wake up from what felt like a nightmare.
Then, recently, something unexpected happened.
Instead of asking,
“How do I become who I used to be?”
I found myself asking,
“Who am I becoming now?”
Long COVID took things I may never get back.
But it also gave me something I never expected.
Perspective.
Before Long COVID, I watched sunsets because they were beautiful.
Now, I appreciate them because I understand the privilege of still being here to see every color painted across the sky.
I notice conversations more.
I appreciate ordinary mornings.
I no longer rush past the quiet moments that once felt insignificant.
I see courage in people carrying invisible battles.
I’ve learned that some of life’s greatest gifts aren’t found in extraordinary moments.
They’re hidden inside ordinary ones.
So this morning …
I’m crumpling up that tear-stained obituary.
Not because the grief wasn’t real.
Not because I stopped missing the woman I used to be.
But because I finally realized something.
The life I planned isn’t the only life worth living.
To everyone whose life can be divided into a before and an after…
Whether it was Long COVID, another illness, loss, trauma, or a path you never imagined walking…
I hope you don’t spend the rest of your life trying to resurrect the person you were.
Instead…
Give yourself permission to discover the person you’re still becoming.
You might discover that the person you’ve been grieving was never the end of your story… only the beginning of another. 💜🫂
For anyone who likes their food thoroughly doused, the EPA approved three new ones on 1 July 2026, and there are four more in the queue.
The three are epyrifenacil, diflufenican and trifludimoxazin. Two of them had never been used in the United States before. All three are now cleared for corn, soybeans, wheat, canola, citrus and peanuts, which is over 70 million hectares of farmland and very nearly the entire foundation of the plant-based aisle, signed off in a single afternoon.
The agency's own review of trifludimoxazin recorded suggestive evidence of carcinogenic potential.
It approved it anyway.
Two of the three break down into trifluoroacetic acid, currently among the most widespread and least removable contaminants in the world's water supply. The EPA's technical work found that trifludimoxazin degrades into twelve separate PFAS compounds, which is generous. Most products manage only the one.
The official position is that none of these are forever chemicals, because the definition the agency itself wrote in 2023 requires a molecule to carry two or more fully fluorinated carbons. All three carry precisely one. The chemistry is identical, the persistence is identical, and the paperwork is immaculate.
Fifth approval of its kind under the current administration, against one in the whole of the previous four years. It landed a fortnight before the comment deadline on relaxing drinking water limits for other PFAS compounds, which is either very poor scheduling or very good scheduling.
No press release.
Posted quietly in the Federal Register on a Tuesday, the way you announce a car park closure.
@TJMeehan1@gemoscatelli the studies / trials with novavax still found spike induced damage & adverse events. there is no benefit & only harm from being injected with any form of the covid spike protein. while novavax may be less harmful than LNPs filled with mRNA, DNA plasmids & SV40, it is still spike.
@DanielLMcAdams war is an evil racket. im tired of the military industrial complex sending off young men and women to die so defense contractors and investors can profit. barely adults, sacrificed for greed. indoctrinated to believe the gov't values their lives. it's shameful and evil.
since this tweet went semi-viral, i've spoken with over 250 patients and practitioners who've gone through some version of my experience.
three things keep coming up:
1) the interventions that actually help most people don't exist inside the traditional system. most clinicians either haven't heard of them or are too risk-averse to try something outside their circle of competence. the things that worked well were usually found by patients, not prescribed to them by doctors.
2) there are only a few hundred doctors in the US who practice complex chronic care. and because most don't take insurance, patients end up relying on each other to crowdsource insights on what worked for each other.
3) almost every single patient i've talked to is running experiments on themselves, and using AI as the sounding board. they've taken agency over their health, and are searching for their own answers.
but despite this... we only ever hear from the ones who made it. the recovery stories go viral. the experiments that failed quietly disappear, so every new patient repeats them from scratch.
i spent years wandering this maze myself. i'm spending the next few building the map i wish i'd had.
if any of this resonates, i want to get to know you. please reach out, i'm trying to meet everyone who's serious about this problem.
i'll share what i'm building because i believe more people deserve access to it.
STUDY FINDS 96% REMISSION RATE OF ALPHA-GAL SYNDROME WITH AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE
With nearly 500,000 Americans now affected by tick-induced meat allergy, a peer-reviewed study reports almost unbelievable results using a little-known form of ear acupuncture.
Researchers evaluated 137 patients with alpha-gal syndrome treated with Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT).
Among patients with follow-up data, 96% reported remission of symptoms after treatment.
Many who previously could not tolerate beef, pork, dairy, or other mammalian foods were reportedly able to reintroduce them without allergic reactions.
The procedure is unusual. Patients do not ingest or get injected with alpha-gal.
Instead, they simply touch a vial containing the allergen while clinicians identify a reactive point on the ear using electrical detection.
A tiny acupuncture needle is then placed in a specific auricular zone and left in place for about three weeks.
Even among patients with a prior history of anaphylaxis, 93.1% reported no subsequent symptoms after accidental—or in some cases intentional—exposure following treatment.
No adverse reactions to the acupuncture procedure itself were reported.
This was a retrospective case series, not a randomized controlled trial.
But with AGS cases exploding and no accepted treatment beyond avoidance, a reported 96% remission rate is difficult to ignore.
These four charts are from CDC Wonder. Retrieved by John Beaudoin Sr. They are not speculation. They are the official death record of the United States.
Look at what they show.
Kidney failure in Americans aged 15 to 54, a population that does not die of kidney failure at scale, spiked in the winter of 2021 to 2022 to levels never recorded in the prior decade of data.
Not in 2020. Not during the first wave.
Not during the second. The third wave. After the rollout.
Pneumonia deaths in the same healthy age group followed the same pattern. Flat across ten years of baseline. Then 2020. Then higher in 2021. Then the winter of 2021 to 2022 produced a peak that dwarfs everything before it.
The COVID-coded deaths tell the same story from a different angle. The third wave was the deadliest. This is not how respiratory viruses behave in populations that have acquired immunity through prior infection and vaccination. Immunity, natural or induced, reduces severity over successive waves. It does not produce a third wave larger than the first two combined in a young, previously healthy population.
And the all-cause mortality chart says what all the others are pointing toward. Something was killing Americans aged 15 to 54 in the winter of 2021 to 2022 at a rate the previous ten years of data cannot explain and the official narrative has never honestly addressed.
There are two candidates. The hospital protocols that determined how sick people were managed once they entered the system. And the product that had been administered to the majority of the adult population by the time that winter arrived, whose mechanism of action on the immune system, on clotting function, on cardiovascular and renal physiology, was still being characterised in the same post-market environment that was producing the deaths now visible in these charts.
Kidney failure does not appear in a healthy population without a cause.
The cause is in the record.
John Beaudoin went and found it with a FOIA request and a spreadsheet while every institution with a budget, a mandate, and a legal obligation to ask the question did not ask it.
The charts are the question.
The silence is still the answer.
