This is a garden center. It is set up as a retail lot and it's filled with all kinds of gardening goodies, decorations, and four greenhouses.

Fun fact: In The Sims 4 Nifty Knitting, once you've reached level 10 knitting skill, you'll be able to knit "Lil' Grim", a little Grim Reaper toy. However, if you give it as a gift to the actual Grim Reaper, he'll be pleased and your current age bar progression will be reset!
