@CWOA @cooper1212 absolutely disgusting service today at your “resort” paying guests at the hotel but no availability in the restaurant or swimming pool. Very disappointed children. Shouldn’t have taken the hotel room booking if you can’t provide the full service! Awful

@McDonaldsUK just received a flat Diet Coke with no ice ‘because of the heat’ at Stansted McDonalds. No refund offered and in a hurry so couldn’t argue this.
