Claimed for parking costs on his expenses whilst blocking debate on NHS parking charges. Blocked legislation on upskirting and claimed £100,000 for some right wing research company so he could pursue his loony agenda.

It's a disgrace that authorities who the Government are starving of funding have to step in to meet the basic needs of the most vulnerable.
