@makemytripcare I finally received the flight refund yday. Thanks. However it’s absurd to take almost 50% cancellation charges on the holiday bookings which had to be cancelled because of flight cancellations. I have tried to reach out multiple times but there is no response.

@makemytrip @makemytripcare Flights cancelled by @etihad and acknowledged on @makemytripcare @makemytrip but it will still take 45 days for airline and travel agent to refund the money which btw is not the full amount. Unbelievable !!
