@EE experienced appalling service over a Christmas gift.Purchased a Nintendo switch that came with £100 online card. The card provided has no credit. I’ve filled in countless online escalation forms and been promised 4 call backs none of which I’ve received. Worst cust service!

@Georgeatasda Just received an order I purchased online of two sweatshirts and two T-shirts all of which were sent in the incorrect size. I called to arrange a courier to return only to be told I can only return to a store, nearest of which is 20 miles.Very poor customer service.
