I think sprinting is a technical event, and these techniques take time to learn; if you only do a couple of sprints in a session, it will be far harder to develop these skills, says @sprintcoachSWE. https://t.co/RMcEbyQSzI via @SimpliFaster
After a weekend of competition for jumpers. I typically wait 72-96 hours before our next jump practice. Especially if they took 6 jumps in their event.

If I am new to strength training should I use the 1080 quantum or a barbell? Maybe I am comparing apples to oranges but these were just the thoughts while walking my dog yesterday
@Jackson_Weber1 Thanks for the insight, you mention some good points, I suppose I am more so looking at it through the LTAD lens and a stimulus/adaptation perspective. Should an athlete exhaust everything free sprinting, hills, vests, tail/head wind and sleds before using motorized methods?
