#ACC25 our group evaluated >3500 patients using AI quantified plaque analysis by #YesCCT

��‍♂️Total plaque volume, noncalcified plaque, calcified plaque & % atheroma volume
were higher in men

👩🏽‍🦳Independent of age & ASCVD RF, high risk plaque features of conferred a higher RR of MACE in women

👩🏽‍🦳Every 50mm, RR increased by 17.7% in women vs 5.3% in men

❗️perhaps more intense targeted therapies necessary in those at high risk esp 👩🏾‍🦳
