@bt_uk This is the number I called. There are no options to speak to a person. When I press the buttons to go through my options it says please call 03301234150 to speak to someone but that’s the number I already called on

@CurivanKaren @ScotRail Yeah I’ve been stuck since 5pm. But apparently there was a fault with the Edinburgh stagecoach buses literally an hour before the scotrail dilemma so think everything just happened at the worst time and the buses were already being used. It’s been a nightmare😭

@CurivanKaren @ScotRail There was nearly no one in the queue at Edinburgh airport for the city link 900. I just jumped on the tram from haymarket to EDB airport and got the 900 from Bay D. It cost me an additional £10 but the bus makes a couple of stops including eurocentral and Buchanan bus st
