WHY WON’T @EE HELP?

CCTV footage we have has helped piece together Jack’s route but cell site data wld confirm his phone’s route & add to what we know.
It’s VITAL to have this information but EE won’t give it up. On what legal grounds they haven’t said.

One of the biggest frustrations we’re having is with the police and EE pointing us back to each other, how can we get a certain, final decision and hopefully the valuable data.

He is not being treated as a runaway, he may need help.

@Ofcom We have a young adult #JackOSullivan missing for over 6mths. Family are trying to piece together his phone’s last locations. Phone & account are both in his mother’s name but EE refuse to share cell data or say why. Police apparently cannot but say EE should. Can you help?
